The following terms and conditions (the "Promotion Terms") apply to our "Win with Dreamz Meanz Heinz" promotion (the "Promotion") which should be read in conjunction with our Website Terms and Privacy Policy. Please read the following information carefully:

The Promotion is open to residents within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 years and over, except employees and their families of H.J. Heinz Company Limited or Heinz Single Service Limited, their agents or anyone connected with the organisation of the promotion, including employees of Mazda Motors UK Limited, Webworks Limited, Play Limited and Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited and their immediate families.
The Promotion starts on 1st August 2008 (the "Start Date") and closes at 11:59:59 pm on 31 August 2009 (the "Closing Date"). No online entries can be made before the Start Date or after the Closing Date, and no claims for instant win on pack prizes shall be accepted after the Closing Date.
The promotional packs state 2 chances to win. This refers to:

i) IN PACK INSTANT WIN – To participate, please purchase a Heinz product (either can or bottle) featuring the promotion. For cans, look under the lid to see if you have won a prize instantly – see images below. For bottle look underneath the seal under cap to see if you have won instantly. You also can participate without purchasing a Heinz product (either can or bottle) featuring the promotion – please see No Purchase Necessary route in Clause 6 of these terms and conditions.

ii) ONLINE INSTANT WIN – To participate look for a Heinz product (either can or bottle) featuring the promotion. For cans and bottles look for the 6 digit promotional pack variety code found within the terms and conditions on the outside of the pack labels.

Entrants should then go to www.dreamzmeanzheinz.co.uk where they can follow the instructions and enter the 6 digit promotional pack variety code where advised to discover if they are a winner.

Once the code is entered online, a pop up message will reveal whether or not you are a winner. If you are a winner, the message will reveal which prize you have won and how to claim your prize.

Winners of Major Prizes online will receive written confirmation of their prize within 28 days of the Promoter receiving the claim for such prize. Only one Major Prize can be won online per household during the promotion.

Winners of Secondary Prizes online will receive online instruction as to how to claim their prize.

Entrants may make one online entry per day, per person, for each of the promotional pack varieties set out in Clause 7.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of their control. All descriptions, specifications and images of prizes used in promotional material are valid at the time of going to print. Colours and other minor specifications of prizes may differ from those illustrated. No cash alternative is offered in respect of non-cash prizes.
All prizes have been randomly distributed by an independent source. The on pack prizes have been distributed randomly across all the pack variants. The online prizes have been pre-allocated and linked to "lucky winning moments" which have been randomly pre-selected via a secure independently verified computer based programme. If you match these moments, or for the Major Prizes are the next following entry, you will be a winner. All online prizes as detailed in Clause 4ii) a) will be won.
All prize claims (both in pack and online) will be subject to a validation and verification process. Winners of in pack prizes via the under lid or under seal on pack route should retain the lid or seal and call the phone number stated under the lid or seal. For the in pack prizes, only genuine prize winning lids or seals which have been validated and verified by an independent source will be accepted. Winners will be provided with a pre-addressed envelope in which to send their winning lid or seal for verification. This must be sent by recorded delivery post and the promoter will refund these recorded delivery postage costs. Winners will receive written confirmation of their prize within 28 days of the Promoter receiving a valid claim for such prize.

The Promoter shall not be liable for entries corrupted, delayed or not received for any reason whatsoever, and reserves the right to void any claim if they result from errors in printing, email or database failure or fraud.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries and withhold any prizes which may have been won if it believes that an entrant has not complied with the Website Terms or Promotion Terms and reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.

By entering the Promotion you agree to us transferring your data to our promotional partners (Mazda Motors UK Limited, Play Limited, Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited) to enable the awarding of the prizes.
The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters concerning the Promotion. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Promotion Terms and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material or the Promotion website. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION PARTNERS

The following terms and conditions are in respect of the prizes offered by the Promotion partners and should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the ‘Win with Dreamz Meanz Heinz’ Promotion.

MAZDA

Prizes consist of;

The Mazda2 and Mazda MX-5 prizes also include optional free of charge metallic paint, 12 months road tax, licence plates, three year warranty and breakdown cover. Additional extras are not included but can be purchased by the winner from Mazda Motors UK Limited at handover stage. Cars must be registered in the name of the official winner unless specifically agreed otherwise, in writing, by Mazda Motors UK Limited. The winner is required to complete all applicable DVLA and other forms to register the car in his/her name and liable for all car related costs, fees and expenses after he/she becomes the registered owner. The winner is liable for the arrangement of appropriate insurance cover, at their own cost, prior to collection. Mazda Motors UK Limited will inform the winner of a suitable time to arrange insurance during the handover process. The winner is subject to the delivery times notified by the car dealership for receipt of his/her prize. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed by the Promoter or Mazda Motors UK Limited.
Vouchers may be redeemed for a £500 saving against the on-the-road price of a new Mazda car, purchased from an official Mazda dealer. Only one voucher may be redeemed against each Mazda car purchased. The voucher can be redeemed by any person who lives at the winner’s address and the person redeeming the voucher must be registered as the keeper of the car purchased and must hold a valid driving licence for the UK. Proof that the person lives at the same address as the winner will be required. A recent utility bill, council tax demand or similar proof will be accepted as proof. The voucher can be redeemed against a retail purchase only and may be used in conjunction with any other retail offer available at the time of purchase and against the on-the-road purchase price agreed with the selling Mazda dealer.
There are 25 x 48cm Mazda Mountain Bikes to be won online and 25 x 43cm Mazda Mountain Bikes to be won in pack.
Winners of Cars: After verification of the prize winner's details, Mazda Motors UK Limited will explain the handover process.

Winners of Vouchers: On receipt of the winner's name, address and telephone number Heinz will send a letter to the winner congratulating them and confirming that their details are correct. On receipt of this confirmation the voucher will be sent to the winner. Vouchers shall be valid up to and including 30th September 2009.

Winners of Bikes: Mazda will contact the winner on receipt of the winner's name, address and telephone number to confirm details. On receipt of this confirmation the bike will be sent to the winner's nearest dealer. The winner shall be liable for collection of the bike from their nearest dealer and any arrangements for onward transportation.
To be eligible to win a car or a voucher the entrant must hold a valid driving licence for the UK.
All prizes, except vouchers, are limited to one per winner and one per address. No other prize alternative is available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOLIDAY PRIZES

Thomas Cook Tour Operations booking conditions apply - see participating Thomas Cook outlets for details. All holidays are subject to availability and to change in specification (including timing). Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining all requisite passports, visas, other travel documentation and all applicable insurance risks please check with any relevant authorities regarding your passport and visa requirements. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (including, without limitation, car hire etc.) are at the winner’s expense.
Holiday Prizes consist of:
- Minimum 3 Star holiday
- Return flights in standard class
- 7 nights accommodation in a standard room
- a family holiday for 2 adults and 2 children
- Resort transfers and in-flight meals
- Any other passengers travelling must pay current brochured price.
Prizes are for 7 nights, sharing a standard room on the holiday basis specified by Thomas Cook and includes standard class flights, fuel surcharges, in flight meals and all transfers between the destination airport and resort. The prize does not include accommodation supplements, spending money, travel between the winner’s home and any UK airport, or anything else not expressly stated as included.
There is a limit of one holiday prize per participant and that person's immediate family and household members. Thomas Cook will endeavour to accommodate additional passengers, but no assurance is given that extra companions may join the booking. If extra companions can be accommodated, it will be as paying customers at the then prevailing price as set out in the tour operator’s brochure applicable at the time of booking. Children over 12 years old (or older than 11 for the holiday in Egypt) as of the date of return shall be subject to adult fares. If any children travelling as part of the prize are above these ages, prize winners will be required to pay the difference between child and adult fares for each child. The winner wishing to share the holiday prize, must be first-named party on the booking.
Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, concession or promotion. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives are available. Thomas Cook will endeavour to accommodate additional passengers. Winners of a holiday prize will be responsible for all costs over and above the basic holiday cost, including but not limited to the cost of any necessary visas (if applicable), and cost of any extra items such as car hire. Prizes must be booked by 5.00pm on the 30th September 2009 and holidays must be taken by 30th November 2009.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

How to Book your Holiday

Simply choose your holiday from any Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset or Thomas Cook Signature brochures then phone Thomas Cook on 08444 125960 , quoting ‘Heinz’ to book. You cannot use this voucher at your local Thomas Cook shop, or via the internet.

At the time of booking you will need:
- The Thomas Cook / Heinz Discount Voucher (print off from Dreamz Meanz Heinz website)
- Details of your chosen holiday
- Deposit and insurance premium (if required) for each passenger (payable by debit or credit card)

Holidays, for a minimum of 2 adults for 1 week or more, including flights and accommodation for the duration of your stay, are to be chosen from any Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset or Thomas Cook Signature brochures.
Holidays must be booked and vouchers used no later than 30th September 2009.
If you’re travelling alone you are entitled to half the value of the saving.
You must hold adequate cover travel insurance.
Maximum discount of £50 per booking, subject to a minimum brochured price of the holiday being £500.
This offer cannot be used: in conjunction with any other Thomas Cook offer; as a holiday deposit or payment for insurance; towards holiday cancellation charges; with any holiday already booked; towards flight only or accommodation only bookings.
